Summary

The purpose of this document is to reflect the current state of electric mobility in our country, analyzing the relevant regulations in force, as well as incentive plans, possible obstacles that hinder its implementation, and proposals that would help to promote it.

Decarbonization is no longer a choice for countries. Member states have committed themselves, and Spain in particular, to addressing a series of challenges in order to comply with the European Green Deal and facilitate the transition to clean mobility. It is possible to reduce CO2 emissions while promoting economic and industrial growth, but this requires the establishment of a political and regulatory framework that encourages the green reindustrialization of the country and provides tools to create opportunities in the industrial fabric associated with the automotive sector.
